Disable Fast Boot
Video may not be applicable to all motherboards but the step by step should give you a good idea of where to head.
Restart your PC.
Enter BIOS: Press DEL or F2 as it starts up.
Go to the “Boot” tab.
Find “Fast Boot.”
Set it to “Disabled.”
Press F10 to save and exit.
